The CSLP Executive Board may consist of up to 15 CSLP members with the following core members: Director, 3 Associate Directors, Manager, Research Associates, and up to 3 Graduate Students from Concordia and McGill. Consideration will also be given to the following positions: the strand leaders, a CHUN eligible faculty member, a McGill, U de M and UQAM representative, a CEGEP representative, and a Canada Research Chair (CRC) as a member at large.

Mandate

The Executive Board will:

• Meet monthly to set the CSLP’s goals and policies;
• Determine criteria for membership in the CSLP and recommend changes;
• Decide on issues affecting the CSLP, such as submission of major contract and grant proposals;
• Plan CSLP-wide knowledge mobilization activities (internal and external); and
• Critically evaluate the CSLP’s effectiveness of meeting the objectives of the Regroupement stratégique on a continuing basis.
