Xiao’ai Cai is from Beijing, China and she is now an MA candidate in Educational Technology at Concordia University. She has a background of English from Beijing International Studies University (2011).

Xiao’ai Cai has some working experiences (intern) among which the two major interns are: intern at China Radio International (2010) as web editor and journalist assistant and intern at EU-China Social Security Reform Co-operation Project (2011).

Xiao’ai Cai is passionate about the studies at Concordia University and is confident that she will become a good instructional designer in the future. Besides, she has been practicing Beijing Opera since she was eight years old and was the champion winner of Beijing Opera Competition for Students in the year 2006.
