Masaru Yamamoto is a PhD student at the University of British Columbia. His scholarly and professional commitments center around multilingual students’ additional/second language socialization in academic settings. He also works as a video editor and a digital materials developer as a means of supporting multilingual students’ academic socialization and of knowledge mobilization beyond academia.
