Pavel Trofimovich
Pavel Trofimovich is
and Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics who joined the TESL Centre
in the Department of Education in 2003. His research interests include
psycholinguistic aspects of second-language/bilingual processing and
learning. He conducts research on the acquisition of second-language
phonology, speech perception/production, phonological processing, and
the role of attention, memory, and automaticity in second-language processing
and learning. His interests also include the use of technology in second-language
teaching and the development of materials for classroom teaching of
second-language pronunciation.
