Education Makers
Education Makers are a group of researchers at the Department of Education that explore the potential of maker activities for the development of much needed 21st-century skills in learners. Education Makers strive to engage learners in self-directed experiential learning through risk-tolerant, persistent problem solving in interdependent communities, tackling complex, socially-relevant problems.
This research is led by Dr. Ann-Louise Davidson, Concordia University Chair in Maker Culture and Co-Director of Milieux Institute for Arts, Culture and Technology, at Concordia University.
